正しい訳を教えてください。9月にハワイに家族旅行に行くことになりました。主人と子どもは日本国籍で、私は在日韓国人なのでビザ申請、面接の予約をとりました。提出する書類なのですが、登録原票記載事項証明書を婚姻の証明として提出することにしました。金銭的な面で、申請代行サービスを利用せずに、自分で申請手続きをしました。翻訳を自分なりにしたのですが、全然自信がないので、添削をお願いします。登録原票記載事項証明書The certificate about the matter which indicate original slip of registration 在留資格qualified residence特別永住者special permanet resident上記の者は、外国人登録法第４条第１項の規定に基づき登録されており、 上記のとおり登録原票に記載されていることを証明する。 This person is registrated by the rules based on the fourth article, section 1 of the law foreigner registration, and verified to be enrolled the original slip of registration.かなり変な英文になってると思います、どうか正しい訳を教えてください。

今までの質問にご回答くださいました方、ありがとうございました。カナダ人と結婚後カナダに移住し、family classのvisa(parmanent visa)を取得しても日本へは自由に帰ることができるということですね。安心しました。ところで、この類の永住ビザを取得後も自由に日本に帰ることができるということですが、永住権を取得したものが将来、日本に帰省することも可能ですか？国籍は日本のままでいるということは、カナダの永住権を持っていても、あくまで日本人ということですよね？？ということは、日本に永住帰国する場合は、逆に私が彼のスポンサーとなり彼を日本の配偶者ビザで呼び寄せることになると思うのですが・・・それは可能なことなんでしょうか？あと、永住権取得後３年カナダに住むと国籍をカナダに変えることができるということですが、それは選択制ですよね？？私は日本の国籍を捨てるつもりは全くないので、カナダ国籍を取得したくありません。
